HypnoBirthing 
HypnoBirthingⓇ is a rewarding, relaxing model of birthing that properly prepares mothers for birthing physically, mentally and spiritually.  Mothers can experience joy while birthing her baby comfortably, more easily, and often, even pain free.  Partners will learn specific techniques to support mothers and take an active role during the birth. 
 
In this class you will learn: 

    * Self-hypnosis, breathing, massage and visualization techniques to 
       prepare for labor and birth
    * Techniques to reach deep relaxation easily to reduce, even eliminate, pain  
        and fear
    * What is happening in your body during labor & birthing, so you can work  
       ‘with’ your birthing body.  
    * How fear affects labor and birth; release limiting fears
    * The creating and control of the body’s own natural anesthesia
    * Preparing the body and mind for birth
    * The importance of bonding and connecting to your baby
    * The birthing companion’s role and specific techniques to support  
       mothers

HypnoBirthing Information Night - FREE

Attend this free talk to learn more about the HypnoBirthing philosophy and technique. HypnoBirthing views childbirth as a celebration of life and a natural, normal and healthy function for women. Discover the many ways your body is working with you to birth your baby. Techniques like self-hypnosis, visualizations, massage, breathing and positions all help to create a more comfortable, easeful and shorter labor. These practices help you to drop into your body and embrace your natural birthing instincts. HypnoBirthing emphasizes the role of the birth companion/partner and teaches specific ways to assist and provide support.
